Booking & Payment Terms



  • To secure your event date(s), a 40% non-refundable retainer is required at the time of booking. Dates are not considered reserved until the retainer has been received and the contract has been signed by both parties.
  • The remaining 60% balance is due no later than 7 days prior to the first event date.


Retainer & Cancellation Policy

  • The 40% retainer is non-refundable and applies toward the total project cost.
  • In the event of cancellation, the retainer compensates for date reservation, pre-production, and availability blocked.
  • If the event is rescheduled, the retainer may be applied to a new date subject to availability.
